Jonathan Dulman brings more than two decades of institutional trading and investment expertise across hedge funds and capital markets. He spent 17 years at Aurelius Capital Management, where he rose to Partner and Head of Trading, serving as a core member of the investment team while helping grow the firm's AUM from $325 million at launch to $5 billion at peak; leading execution across complex capital structures in distressed credit and special situations, navigating multiple market cycles, and delivering outsized returns on landmark names.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan held positions at Merrill Lynch and PaineWebber, where he honed his foundation in credit analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and institutional research across fixed income and equities. He holds an MBA in Accounting and an MS in Taxation from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut.
Laurent Benissan is a founder, operator, and investor whose career spans healthcare, high-growth technology, and global capital markets. As an operator, he founded and led medical-device company Silhouette Lift from inception through its acquisition by Sinclair Pharma. He also co-founded SPRIM Ventures, an early-stage life-sciences fund backing emerging companies at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
